Beginners Hatha Yoga
New to yoga?
This is the perfect class for you. Slow paced, with explanations of different postures, breathing techniques and each class ends with a guided relaxation.

Men’s Yoga
This men’s yoga class came about mainly because I’m trying to get my very inflexible runner husband into yoga!
According to him, yoga classes are “always full of women, which can feel quite intimidating.”
So my aim with these classes is to make yoga more accessible to men.
I’d like to show you how yoga complements other forms of exercise, builds strength and flexibility and how it can also help with stress.

Hatha Yoga
Suitable for all levels
Whether you’re new to yoga or have done it before, this class is a great all-rounder. Mindful movement, breathing and guided relaxation. Movement that will improve strength and flexibility and tone your body, breathing techniques that you can use in everyday life to calm your mind and guided relaxation to leave you feeling amazing for the rest of the day.

Ashtanga Yoga
Ashtanga yoga is a dynamic yoga practice which links a set series of postures (asana) together. The postures are always the same, in the same order, every time.
By combining these asana with breath work, over time, the practice becomes a moving meditation.
